Chernobyl “blew up” tourist boom: it’s a record

The flow of tourists into the exclusion zone is increasing all the time.

In 2018 in the exclusion zone near Chernobyl has been over 63 thousand people. Such data are voiced in the Ministry of ecology and natural resources of Ukraine:

“In 2014, the exclusion zone was visited by more than 8 thousand tourists. In 2016 – about 36 thousand. This year is 63, a thousand”

Note that near Chernobyl have improved and automated system visit. Now the flow of tourists will be even greater.
