From 1 January in China five cities have introduced a visa-free regime

The Chinese authorities from 1 January 2019 introduced a visa regime in five cities across the country. So, tourists can stay in China for six days.

We are talking about the cities of Xiamen, Qingdao, Chengdu, Wuhan and Kunming.

In order to get into China, tourist must be in possession of tickets, passport or similar document.

That the government intends to increase the length of stay of transit passengers without visas from 72 to 144 hours announced in November last year.

When visiting Qingdao, tourists can move freely throughout the territory of Shandong province. Qingdao and Xiamen visa-free regime will apply to tourists who arrive in China through the port.

Were previously introduced a six-day visa-free regime for the following cities: Beijing, Tianjin, Dalian, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Shanghai, Qinhuangdao, Shijiazhuang and Shenyang.
